A: Soft Washing is the combination of the use of correct detergents, dwell times, and lower pressure rinsing systems. The detergents we utilize are effective at killing molds, mildews, and algae, allowing us to safely remove the “grime” from any surface.

Q: How often do most surface need power washed?

A: For the majority of surfaces, an annual power washing should suffice. It does depend on the materials used to create/build the surface as well as the current condition of the surface, so you may need to increase the frequency of power washings.

Q: Are you insured?

Q: Do you charge a traveling fee to come out and provide an estimate?
A: No. We can do everything digitally without being at the property.

A: Soft Washing & Pressure Washing with solutions break down the dirt, which is then gently rinsed away.

Q: Can I do the power washing on my own?

A: While power washing can be viewed as a do-it-yourself project, there is a clear distinction between a DIY crew and professional services. This means you get greater capability of equipment and greater expertise by having trained power washing technicians do it for you.

A do-it-yourself washer may set the pressure too high for the surface or hold the nozzle too close to it. This can result in chipped painting, damaged screens, and ruined siding. And though most power washing equipment you can rent has the same PSI as commercial-grade tools, it holds a minimal amount of water—making this project take days, not hours.

Q: Will a high pressure wash damage my home?

Yes, typical high pressure washing can damage your home. That’s why here at Elite HydroClean Pros, we use the correct detergents and proper pressure to ensure a safe and effective cleaning of your home.

Q: Can you remove graffiti?

A: Graffiti is another FAQ we get and the answer is simply, absolutely! Not only can we remove all paint-based graffiti, but we do it safely. In some instances, graffiti may be found near vegetation or other sensitive surfaces. With our environmentally friendly graffiti removal products, we can get rid of the graffiti without damaging the surrounding area.
Q: Do you, and if so, how will you wash my windows?

A: The exterior of your windows is soaped and rinsed during our Property washing process. However, we do not squeegee or dry them by hand. If needing Window Cleaning services, we can refer you to a trusted partner of team who can provide same day service when we schedule a time to complete your project. 

Q: Can you pressure wash the gutters too?

A: Not a service we offer at this time, but we can refer you to a trusted partner of our team who can provide same day service when we schedule a time to complete your project.

Q: How long will the cleaning take?

A: The Cleaning can vary based on the project. Schedule an estimate.

Q: Can you adjust to my schedule for the cleaning? Do you work on the weekends?

A: Yes we work weekends, and work around your schedule.. We make it easy and convenient for all homeowners and Business owners.

Q: Do I need to be home for my services?
A: No. For your convenience, you do not need to be home. All we ask is that you close your windows and doors on your service date and provide access to a working water spigot.

Q: What happens if it rains on my day of service?
A: Our team works in the wind and rain. If the weather is too extreme, our technicians will reach out regarding rescheduling the service.

Q: Does Perfect Power Wash use my water?
A: Yes, we do require access to a working water spigot on the outside of the house.

Q: Is there any guarantee with your service?
A: Total satisfaction guarantee. if you are not delighted with the service you receive from us then we will come back and make it right. 

Q: Do you still do the cleaning if I have bushes and trees, and plants around the property?
A: Yes we can still do the cleaning. We will make sure cover the plants and bushes if the weather is not hot to avoid burning the plants in the heat. We will always make sure to spray water on the trees, plants, and bushes before providing the work and during the cleaning continue to rinse them and after the project is done.
